• Personalized training session on using the software.

Computer Setup / Tune-Up / Troubleshooting

Computer Setup

• Physically set up one computer system, including monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers.
• Install system security software. (Software not included.)
• Install one software application. Example: Microsoft Office Suite (Software not included.)
• Install one peripheral or external device. Example: Printer (Device not included.)
• Configure the new computer to access your existing Internet connection.
• Test the computer for proper functionality.

System Tune-Up and Optimization

• Perform all necessary operating system and application updates.
• Install any updated hardware BIOS and driver updates.
• Startup program optimization.
• Remove unwanted programs, trialware and toolbars.
• Test and verify proper hardware and software functionality.

PC Troubleshooting / Diagnostics – FREE (otherwise $65.00) 

• Troubleshoot and diagnose the problems you are having with your computer.
• Advise you on the best possible solution.
• No charge if you hire us to fix the problem, otherwise $65 charge will apply.

Operating System Installation

• Install full or upgrade version or operation system software on one computer.
• Install operating system critical updates.
• Install all necessary internal hardware device drivers.
• Operating system software not included.

Hardware & Software Support

Hardware Install / Upgrade / Repair

• Install or upgrade any internal or external hardware device on your desktop or laptop.
• Hardware devices include: hard drive, RAM (memory), network card, printer, scanner, graphics card, monitors, optical drive, sound cards, speakers, webcam, digital camera, and more.
• Hardware not included.

Software Install / Upgrade / Repair

• Install or repair single specified software title on one computer.
• Test software for successful installation and functionality.
• Perform necessary software updates. (High speed Internet connection required.)
• Software not included.

Wired / Wireless Networking

Home Network Installation / Troubleshooting (two devices)

• Setup, configure and secure two devices for wired or wireless network connectivity.
• Enable devices to share files or peripherals.
• Repair wired or wireless network or Internet connectivity if necessary.

Data Backup / Migration / Recovery

One-Time Data Backup - $100.00

• Transfer up to 9.4 GB of your important files to CD or DVD media.
• CD or DVD Media included.

Data Migration - $75.00

• Transfer your data to a new computer or other media.

Data Recovery (Logical Hard Disk Failure) - $200.00

• Determine if files can be recovered. (If we cannot recover your data, there is no charge.)
• Recover data (documents, videos, pictures, music, and more.) from the hard drive.
• Transfer recovered data to CD or DVD media.

Computer Training

Computer Training / Tutoring - $65.00 per hour

• Training on using your computer, software or peripherals.
• Basic PC skills, transferring digital photos, digital videos, digital music, etc.
• Web browser basics and security tips.
• How to use your MP3 player, copy or record CDs, etc.
