Remote Support Services
By using web-based support software (GoToAssist) we are able to take control of your computer remotely from our office without traveling to your location. This enables immediate service, with no pre-installation necessary.
Screen sharing and taking control of your computer is 100% permission-based, and all data is fully encrypted end-to-end using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and government-approved 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption.
Remote Services Include:
- Perform all necessary operating system and application updates.
- Install any updated hardware BIOS and driver updates.
- Startup program optimization.
- Remove unwanted programs, trialware and toolbars.
- Test and verify proper hardware and software functionality.
Customer Pre-requisites: Working high speed internet connection and a working PC.
- Install or repair single specified software title on one computer.
- Test software for successful installation and functionality.
- Perform necessary software updates.
Customer Pre-requisites: Working high speed internet connection, Customer must have software (key, disc, etc.)
- Help repair, troubleshoot or reinstall one software title (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Help properly configure software settings.

- Repair, configure and update an e-mail client. (Outlook, Windows Mail, Thunderbird, etc.)
- Software not included.
Customer Pre-requisites: Email passwords, Active email account, Working high speed internet connection required.
- Training on using your computer and software.
- Basic PC skills, transferring digital photos, digital videos, digital music, etc.
- Web browser basics and security tips.
- How to use your MP3 player, copy or record CDs, etc.
